It’s probably obvious to all of you here that unborn children are persons.  Older dictionaries state the definition of person is human being.  Your 2 year old children or grandchildren would tell you this is a baby.  Unfortunately, the word of God has been so twisted and our culture so perverted, that many adults don’t get it.
We are excited to be running a petition signature drive to get an amendment to our Montana Constitution that states that personhood begins at conception.

The 1973 Supreme Court ruling of Roe v Wade removed all legal protection from an entire class of human beings, the unborn.
We believe every human being deserves equal protection under the law.  Again, kinda basic…Montana’s Constitution currently states in Article II section 17 that no person shall be deprived of life, liberty and pursuit of property without due process of law.  CI 102 will amend the Montana Constitution to state that personhood begins at conception.  So that when Article II section 17 says no person shall be deprived of life…they are referring to unborn children as well.
