TRUTH: CI 100 is a constitutional initiative, not a bill or a law. Therefore, it cannot possibly threaten anyone’s health or allow government intrusion. Its true effect is difficult to predict because it will have no effect until/unless legislation is passed that utilizes it. We don’t know what, if any, legislation will be passed. That is left to the legislators.
